TEN SILVER GILT AND ENAMELLED PLATES WITH THE NAMES OF GOD IRAN/INDIA, DATED AH 1212/1797-8 AD Each of the ten plates with gilt calligraphy and borders against a pale blue enamelled background, with scattered red and white floral design, the exteral edges left plain, eight of the plates divided, front and back, into six panels, each with one name, contained in delicate lacquer binding with central floral panel surrounded by calligraphic cartouches, very minor losses 4 x 2 7/8in. (10.2 x 7.5cm.); binding 4 3/8 x 3¼in. (11.1 x 8.3cm.)
