The four corners of the sheet have been cut though this has a minimal impact on the drawn areas of the sheet. There is only some very minor surface dirt and small old stains to the recto and verso of the sheet and some old diagonal creases to the lower left quarter and two old horizontal fold marks to the centre of the sheet, only visible under raking light. There is what appears to be a small, old repaired tear to the right half of the lower edge, only noticeable upon close inspection and of no consequence to the drawn areas of the sheet. There is some minor rubbing to the black chalk, however the combination of chalk, ink and wash remains in otherwise good condition throughout. Sold unframed.
