RUSH, Benjamin (1745-1813), Signer, Pennsylvania; Physician . Autograph letter signed ("Benj n Rush"), to his wife Julia Stockton Rush (1759-1848), Philadelphia, 21 August 1803. 3 pages, 4to, integral address leaf, archival paper strip along edge of address leaf .
