(i) The sheet is a trapezoid. Small notches at edges with a 1/8th inch loss at upper right corner, 1 x 1/4 inch loss at center right, and a 3/4 x 1/4 inch loss at lower right corner. The paper has typed lettering on the reverse. (ii) The edges of the sheet are irregular. Rust stains from metal paper clips at six places. The paper is darkened around areas of rust stains. A ghost of an erased drawing visible at center. The paper is filled in three 1 1/2 x 1/4 inch areas and the sheet is tissue lined.
