A collection of small press poetry journals spanning the years 1957-1973, featuring first, and sometimes only, appearances of poems and prose pieces by Richard Brautigan. Many quite scarce. Includes: The Berkeley Review No. 3. William Barlow, editor. Includes Brautigan's "The Return of the Rivers" and "The Horse That Had a Flat Tire." Rivers was published separately in the same year, and both poems were collected in The Pill Versus the Springhill Mine Disaster. Berkeley: Barlow, Huppert & Tong, 1957. Coastlines No. 13. Contains a review of Brautigan's Lay the Marble Tea. Hollywood, CA: 1959. Foot No. 1. Includes the first appearance of 5 Brautigan poems later collected in the Octopus Frontier.
