Beschreibung:

Réunion de deux mouchoirs, linon brodé, fil de main, plumetis et modes type Alençon, 2e moitié du XIXe siècle. Un très finement brodé au plumetis à décor d'une large guirlande de fines fleurettes entrelacée avec une rivière ondulante aux fines modes à l'aiguille type Alençon, bordure festonnée; volant en dentelle de Valenciennes aux fuseaux (bel état, volant remonté ultérieurement). Un à grand décor finement brodé dans un coin de trois personnages jouant sous un dais et un arbre à clochettes, fleurs et feuillage, cartouche brodé «Lucie», fine petite guirlande à jour et feuilles de trèfles soulignant l'ourlet (bon état, qqs trous d'épingle au linon). Two lovely handkerchiefs of hand spun and wowen linen with fine whitework motif, dating from the 2nd half of the19th cent, one with a later adding of Valenciennes bobbing lace edging (very good condition) one with motif of chineses, tree and flowers (good condition a very few pinholes)
