Description: Rare Third Reich TENO (Technische Nothilfe) Leaders Dress Dagger by Carl Eickhorn, good example of the rare leaders dress dagger for the German Technical Organisation “TENO”. The dagger has correct disc top pommel with cog wheel emblem to the centre, thick orange celluloid grip and crossguard with eagle and swastika having Teno insignia to centre. Housed in its original scabbard with much of the original blackened finish remaining. Blade and top scabbard mount stamped with matching numbers, “0440”. Plain double edged blade with just some slight spotting to the surface. Reverse of the blade has Carl Eickhorn makers mark and Teno eagle with “GES GESCH”. Blade 27 ¾ cms, overall 43cms.
