Beschreibung:

R. Lalique Molded Glass Plumes Vase Marcilhac no. 944, circa 1920-47 Of globular form, with a short straight neck, in frosted and glossy colorless glass, decorated allover with windswept long feathers, heightened with a turquoise patina, molded R. Lalique signature and script Lalique. Height 8 3/8 inches. C
Appears to be in generally good condition; no apparent chips, hairline cracks, etc.; there are a few internally trapped air bubbles in the glass, in the making, and not of any great consequence; the turquoise patina appears to be largely intact; there are some areas of wear/rubbing to the frosted finish, not of great consequence; the top rim edge is ground flat and polished, presumably, as made at the factory; the top outer rim edges is beveled; shallow flake losses to the underside of the vase, which are slightly sharp to the touch; interior appears to be clean; the underside has a scratched script Lalique signature
