Beschreibung:

Queen Anne Red-painted Tiger Maple Tea Table, southeastern Massachusetts, c. 1750-80, with oval top on cutout apron joining splayed tapering legs ending in pad feet on balls, original surface, the table in an extraordinary state of preservation, ht. 25 1/2, wd. 34, dp. 26 in. Literature: This table is illustrated and discussed in Brock Jobe et al., Harbor and Home: Furniture of Southeastern Massachusetts 1710-1850, as plate 30, p. 108.
