(26.7 x 19.4 cm) the lithograph signed and numbered 154/200 in pencil (from the total edition of 275 copies bound into the book), published by G. Crès & Cie, Paris, with 80 reproductions and original tissue interleaving, imitation parchment jacket with lettering on the front and back covers and spine.
