Platinum, Natural Pearl and Diamond Necklace The graduated necklace set continuously with 25 natural button-shaped and round pearls approximately 8.1 to 4.3 mm., and one freshwater natural pearl approximately 7.6 mm., encircled and spaced by 277 old European, old-mine and single-cut diamonds approximately 12.00 cts., circa 1905, approximately 29 dwts. Length 17 inches. WIth SSEF report no. 60644 stating that the pearls are natural, saltwater, the 12th pearl is natural, freshwater. C
Pearls: overall whitish to slightly creamy, cleanish, minor bubbles, center pearl has very good luster, the rest of the pearls are good to medium luster, the 3 center pearls and the pearl on the clasp are fully rounded, the center pearl has a possibly gold-filled drill hole close to diamonds at edge opposite the front of the pearl, not visible to the eye, the smaller pearls have flat bottoms with button or dome tops. As stated in the lab report, the 12th pearl is natural, freshwater. Diamonds: G-H-several I, mostly VS, several SI. Good condition. Diamonds
