circa 1880's. Silver plated figural casket with upper portion having a revolving chamber, satin lined to hold jewelry and lower section with satin-lined drawer. Marked "Pairpoint MFG Co. Quadruple Plate 909" on underside of drawer. Decorated with cherubim finial, birds seated on pierced scrollwork supports holding revolving top section, quatrefoil shaped lower section on 4 pad feet, all decorated with embossed or engraved plant motifs. 12" x 6" x 5.5". Condition:Some wear to plating and satin, else VG+.
