London: Edward Orme 1819. 2° (471 x 318mm). 40 hand-coloured engraved plates (plates 17 and 25 with marginal repairs, some text leaves with repaired tears and marginal soiling to some plates, p.81 with hole affecting text on verso, some light spotting). Contemporary blue morocco, covers with gilt border (joints splitting, rubbed and scuffed with losses), gilt edges. FIRST EDITION, EARLY ISSUE. Abbey Life 376; Tooley 352.
