Dalrymple to head of title, contemporary calf-backed marbled boards, recased with original plain spine laid down, small 8vo, together with Act for Punishing Mutiny and Desertion, and for the better payment of the Army and their quarters... also, rules and articles for the better government of all His Majesty's Forces, printed by George Ayr and Andrew Strahan, 1815, several early regimental ownership signatures to title and following leaf, lacking A1 (blank) before title, 23-page appendix of Alterations Made This Year in the Mutiny Act and Articles of War, further ownership inscriptions to front pastedown, and binder's ticket of W. Forrester, City Walls, Chester, to upper outer corner, contemporary half calf, modern reback, retaining original label, small 8vo (Qty: 2) Provenance: The second volume formerly in the possession of Captain Disney, 67th Regiment, Royal Fusiliers; Library of Colin and Joan Deacon.
