This Influential monthly fashion, beauty and lifestyle magazine was published 1912-1920, during a period of revolutionary change in art and society, (with an interruption to publication during the Great War). The magazine signed exclusive contracts with seven of Paris' top couture houses and collaborated with artists and illustrators of the day, including Georges Barbier Jean Bakst, Pierre and Jacques Brissaud, Raoul Dufy and others, to reproduce the top designers' creations. Each issue featured ten full-page fashion lithograph plates, (seven depicting couture designs and three inspired by couture, designed solely by the illustrators).
