Bound by George A. Zabriskie, stamped GAZ in lower dentelle of front cover. With Zabriskie's bookplate on flyleaves at front and rear on one of which he has presented the volume to a friend. Zabriskie was once president of the New York Historical Society was also a skilled bookbinder.
