Printed in red and black, Gothic letter, with musical notation throughout. Woodcut architectural border in four blocks, with two heads in architrave at top [McKerrow and Ferguson 38]. Woodcut initials. (Title soiled and laid down, worm hole through text from quire P onwards, worsening towards end, final leaves repaired at margins, last leaf tattered at lower margin and repaired at corner, without final blank).
