Sold with a hand written but unsigned letter which states: '... when his regiment took a small village there was plenty of wine which they took charge of my great grandfather not being a drinking man just soaked his army biscu its in it but it had the same effect and he was severely reprimanded by the Duke of Wellington. He was also a member of the bureily (sic) of Sir John Moore at Corunna ’ Only 40 clasps for Roleia to the 95th Foot.
