A very fine and unusual 18K pink gold hunter case minute repeating perpetual calendar chronograph keyless lever watch with phases of the moon and retrograde date Signed Marius LeCoultre, Geneva, Swiss, No. 1924, circa 1890 With gilt-finished highly jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, cam wheel regulator, minute repeating on two polished steel hammers, glazed dust cover, gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer five minute divisions, blued steel spade hands, arch-shaped retrograde date indication, three apertures for phases of the moon, day and date, constant seconds, in heavy circular case with engraved initials to the front, chronograph button and repeating slide in the band, movement signed 58 mm. diam.
