Dyrosaurus phosphaticus Thanetian Stage, Eocene North Africa Dyrosaurus phosphaticus is an extinct marine reptile and an ancestor of the modern crocodile. The present rare skull specimen exhibits numerous awe-inspiring teeth which leave no doubt that Dyrosaurus was a formidable predator and carnivore. This excellent example displays completely original bone without restoration. Offered in a wood frame. Measures 40 x 13in
