Manufacturer: Enamel on copper Description: Four Battersea-style enamel on copper, hand painted snuff and pill boxes, circa early 19th century. 1) Colorful oval with a courting couple & dog walking in court yard, scenic sides and beneath, 2 7/8 X 2 X 1 1/8 inch tall, brass rims. 2) Heart form, Clipper Ship on lid, 2 X 1 7/8 X 1 inch tall, wear beneath and line in enamel on back. 3) Oval, bird & fruit, mirror under lid, brass rims, 1 3/4 X 1 1/8 X 3/4 inch tall, crazing to interior. 4)Victorian Bed Partners, Chantilly horn mark and a beetle painted inside lid, 3 1/4 X 2 1/4 X 1 3/4 inch tall, brass rims. Nice early and decorative group.
