A fine and small 18K gold half hunter case quarter repeating keyless lever watch Signed Le Roy & Fils, To The Queen, 211 Regent-Street, London, 13 & 15 Palais Royal, Paris, No. 46'199, case stamped with Louis Audemars' trademarks and numbered 6'997, circa 1880 Keyless jewelled lever movement, repeating on two hammers, gold cuvette, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, plain circular case, inlaid blue enamel Roman numerals to the glazed aperture in the front, applied gold initials BS to the back, repeating slide in the band, case numbered 6997, cuvette stamped with Louis Audemars' hallmark, numbered 6997 and with casemaker's initials MF for Meylan Frères, cuvette also signed Le Roy & Fils and numbered 46199 35.5 mm. diam.
