'The' at head of spine in serified type, orange omited from crow's eye on front cover, 16 color plates, illustration on page 49 2 5/8" below text, top lines of text on page 169 reset from different type, List of Chapters heading on page [7] in damaged type, crying lion illustration on page 68. Old moisture damage to head covers. Second Edition, Second State. Bobbs-Merill, [1903] * The Land of Oz. Illustrated label on cover, blank endpapers, no color plates. Child's writing in crayon on endpapers and blank verso of final text page. Later printing, [1939]. * Ozma of Oz. Publishers ads list only 2 titles, 'O' lacking form Ozma on page [11] line 5, no cancelled leaves, secondary binding with "Reilly & Britton" versus "The Reilly & Britton Co" of the primary binding. Rear cover nearly detached, eveidence of old tape repair to binding, front hinge cracked. First Edition, First State, Secondary Binding. Reilly & Britton, [1907]. * Dorothy and the Wizard in Oz. Reilly & Britton on spine. Spine edges splitting. Re-imposed Form of Text. [c1916]. * The Road to Oz. List of Laura Bancroft Titles on page [263], page tints matching as described in Hanff & Greene V., State 1, damaged type in 'Toto on', page 34, line 4, page numeral 121 in broken type, caption and page numeral not present on page [129], publisher's imprint on spine in upper and lowercase letters. Old tape repair to spine edges, front free endpaper and ownership leaf detached. First Edition. Reilly & Britton, [1909]. * The Lost Princess of Oz. No list of titles on verso of ownership leaf, printed captions on color plates. Spine heavily worn. Later Printing [after 1920]. * Glinda of Oz. No color plates. Rear endpaper illustration colered by previous owner. Later Printing [after 1935]. Lot Amendments Condition: Overall in fair to good condition.
