Queen's South Africa Medal awarded to a soldier who served as a private in the 2nd Royal Scott's Fusiliers, and marked "1292 PTE D. DINGWALL, 2:R. SCOTTS FUS:" to edge of medal. Item has a red, blue, and gold ribbon with two bar brooches that read "TRANSVAAL" and "CAPE COLONY" 2.) King's South Africa Medal awarded to a soldier who served as a color sergeant for the South Staffordshire regiment in South African conflicts during and after 1902. Edge is marked "1698 CLR:- SERJT: W. O'NEILL S. STAFFORD: REGI". Medal features a green, white, and orange ribbon with two bar brooches that read "SOUTH AFRICA 1902" and "SOUTH AFRICA 1901". Items are cased in a 4.25" x 5.25" cardboard display box. Condition: Both medals have some patina developing to edges of faces. Ribbons show some fraying and slight tint.
