Four inset views depict the Cathedral of Saint Paul, Saint James Square, the Stock Market and the Custom House. The title cartouche bears the Royal arms with Latin and German text; together with Matthäus Seutter's map of London Londinum celeberrima Metropolis , The plan of London hand-coloured but with an uncoloured bird's eye view of the City set along the lower border.
