Together with: Autograph letter signed ("Saml Bayard"), one page (9 1/2 x 8 in.; 241 x 203 mm) on a bifolium, New York, 17 June 1805, integral address leaf, forwarding his letter book to Eliza; browned, lower right corner of address leaf extended. And with: Autograph letter signed ("Théophile Cazenove"), 2 pages (9 3/4 x 8 in.; 247 x 203 mm) on a bifolium, Paris, 10 September 1805, forwarding a pastel portrait of Hamilton owned by the French Foreign Minister Charles Maurice de Talleyrand-Périgord and promising a copy of the portrait in oil, with his and Talleyrand's condolences.
