Langley's famous directory of San Francisco in its 33rd year of publication, complete with the map as issued, which is often lacking. The map is "Guide Map of The City of San Francisco compiled from the Official Surveys & Engraved Expressly For Langley's San Francisco Directory 1892." It measures 55x63 cm, plus margins in which are printed advertisements; the back is taken up with an ad for G.G. Wickson & Co., purveyors of typewriters, farm machinery, etc. Lot Amendments Condition: A little wear to spine and corners; the title page and the map which is affixed to it as issue are detached together, with minor damage to title page; map with a few slight splits at fold intersections; overall very good or better, a nicer example than one will generally see.
