Pinot Noir 48%, Pinot Meunier 17%, Chardonnay 35%. In 2011, this almost has a nose of red Burgundy! Then orange skins. Terrific fizz and attack on the palate. One sees the black grapes. Spring was sunny and warm with a few frosts towards the end of April. The end of June sees the arrival of long periods of heat continuing on to harvest time. Flowering began on the 26th of June and harvest began on the 23rd of September. Production was an average of 10500 kg per hectare with an alcoholic content of 9.3 degrees and acidity of 8.5 grams per liter.
