(25.5) in black plus Shanghai Local Post c.d.s. (26.5) in blue and the postman's pencil delivery characters. A very important cover used before the opening of the Kewkiang Local Post and sent via the Customs Post to the Shanghai Local Post system (the 1. is for delivery in Shanghai) without the requirement for Customs stamps.
