The important Varick and Jones edition of New York's post-Revolutionary laws, from 1778 on. The title page vignette was engraved by Peter Maverick according to ESTC. Leonard Bronk was a member of the New York Assembly during this period. The Varick signed note here authorizes payment to Hugh Gaine for the printing of bank notes. Evans 22012.
