(17 3/4 x 11 1/8 in.), contemporary blind-panelled calf, spine gilt, gilt-lettered morocco lettering-piece, head and tail of spine and corners renewed, lacking the frontispiece, wormhole through gutter of the first few leaves affecting the caption of one plate, the large folding double sheet plates with occasional minor loss to the captions at center folds due to inaccurate mounting of the two sheets, some creasing principally to fore-edges of the folding plates, fore-edge platemarks of most of the folding plates shaved, plate 62 with repaired marginal tear just entering the platemark, a few short fold breaks, some marginal soiling, a few small stains .
