Some abrasion around the edges. The upper left and lower left corners restored. There is a short (about 1 cm) horizontal inpainted crack near the lower right edge. The varnish layer is old and dense, hard to read through under UV light. Some shadows reinforced. Scattered touches of restoration in the background.
