The canvas seems to be stable.The painted surface does not seem to show any loss or uplift. Some wears can be noticed due to the relining.The varnish layer is very yellow and dirty.Under UV lightWe cannot seem to notice any visible retouching.Offered with a giltwood frame.Please note that Sotheby’s does not guarantee the condition of the frame.__________________________________________________________________ Le tableau a fait l’objet d’un rentoilage ; la tension de la toile est un peu dure. Le support semble sain et stable.La couche picturale ne semble présenter ni manque, ni soulèvement.
