After the orders to be observed against the infection of the plague is a section giving advice to physicians on medical treatment. These describe the proper airing of houses, perfuming of apparel, medicines, suppositories, bloodletting and measures to be taken if there is any swelling on the body. VERY SCARCE: STC lists only seven copies, with only three in America: the present copy and those at the Folger and Huntington libraries. STC 9209.
