(Title and preliminaries thumb-soiled and rubbed at upper corner, some browning, stains on h2v and H5-6, marginal worming from quire q to end, touching on text in last two quires, x6 holed with slight loss, E6-7 slightly creased, a few marginal tears and holes.)
