Recto:The Corpus in repoussé gilt copper with some oxidation in the crevices of the drapery; Saint John with some dents to his face and minor loss to his drapery. Verso:One of the Bull's horns missing. Joints visible inbetween the inlaid plaques. Some of the repoussée copper plaques decorated with grapes and foliage scrolls to the insides of the cross may be later replacements. The copper foot and node with general wear to the gilding and a joint visible, half of the knop and the copper foot may be a later replacement.
