(Collates complete but for last leaf of the table at rear, C11, replaced in facsimile, occasional marginal worming, contemporary annotation in Latin and inscription to initial blank, marginal leaf repair to v12 and initial blank, rear leaves C8-C10 with damp-stain, small paper infill to C10, rear blank replaced, pencil note of previous collation by Bernard A.
