It has been relined, very stiffly.We can see a strengthening piece on the reverse, corresponding to the top left corner of the front.The paint layer is in a satisfactory condition but is very dirty and darkened. It does not seem to show any loss or uplift.It shows some uneven matt effects and areas of brilliance, probably due to the uneven varnish layer. Under U.V. lightInspection under UV light is made difficult by the thick varnish layer. Offered with a wood frame imitating tortoiseshell.
