Imitations and Translations from the Ancient and Modern Classics, together with original poems never before published , London: Longman [etc.], 1809, 8°, FIRST EDITION, with tipped-in letter to Monkton Milnes from Lord Broughton, dated 10 December 1857, undertaking to try and recollect the names of contributors to the book, contemporary half calf, label of J. C. Hotten bookseller, Picacadilly, ex libris Robert, Marquis of Crewe -- [ATHENIAN SOCIETY PUBLICATIONS] LUCIAN. Lucian. Literally and completely translated for the first time from the Greek text of C. Jacobitz , Athens: privtaely printed for the Athenian Society, 1895, 8°, number 206 of 250 copies, original green mottled boards backed in parchment, partly uncut (spine and top edge soiled). With 4 other Athenian Society Publications, a school classical atlas (1867), and 14 more books, all translations of the classics (one an odd volume). (21)
