A small archive of original artwork and prints, comprising approximately 20 original drawings, mostly pen & ink on card, including 9 Indian ink on scraperboard illustrations of cowboys for Buckaroo, 3 small illustrations of fauna for Green Mansions, a watercolour and a pen & ink drawing of Buddha, two drawings of Thomas Aquinas, and two depicting Zoroaster, some marks, sheet size approximately 24 x 37cm (9.5 x 14.5ins), and smaller, and numerous reproductions of illustrations and dustjacket designs by the artist, plus a copy of Pastels by Keith Henderson 1st edition, The Studio, 1952, original boards, 4to (Qty: a folder) Scottish painter Keith Henderson had a long and varied career, during which he worked in oils and watercolours, exhibited widely, produced numerous book illustrations, dustjacket designs, and posters, and served as a war artist in both World Wars.
