Group of nine modern Japanese woodblock prints including the following artists: Miyagawa Shuntei (Japanese, 1873-1914). Triptych titled "January: The Shuttlecock" from the series "The Twelve Months of Beauties." Three prints by Kitagawa Utamaro (Japanese, b. circa 1753-1806). "Osome, the Oil Shop Owner's Daughter, and Hisamatsu the Apprentice" from the series "Different Realities: The Source of Love (Jitsu kurade iro no minakami)." "Happy Togetherness for Umegawa and Chubei (Umegawa Chubei no kihan)" from the series "Eight Pledges at Lovers' Meetings (Omi hakkei)." Print depicting either the Hinodeya goke (widow), Asahija goke, or Karasumori goke. This version with eyebrows. From the series "Renowned Beauties from the Six Best Houses (Komei Bijin Rokkasen." Utagawa Hiroshige (Japanese, 1797-1858) "Daybreak at Shinagawa." Katsushika Hokusai "Viewing the Sunset of Ryogoku Bridge from the Onmaya Embankment (Onmayagashi yori Ryogokubashi sekiyo o miru)" from the series "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji (Fugaku sanjurokkei)." Harunobu Suzuki (Japanese, b. circa 1725-1770). "The Eighth Month (Chushu)" from the series "Popular Versions of Immortal Poets in Four Seasons (Fuzoku Shiki Kasen)." Yurimoto Keiko (Japanese, 20th c.) "Geisha and Drums." One print of figures on a boat with the moon hanging low in the sky in the background by an unknown artist. With characters and a red stamp along the upper left of the print. Unframed; height ranges from 14 1/2 to 15 1/4 in x width ranges from 10 to 10 1/4 in.
