A payment warrant, asking Treasurer David Rittenhouse to pay Lewis Farmer, "Late Lieutenant Colonel of the 13th Regiment of the Pennsylvania Line," the magnificent sum of 2s. 8p., "being one year's interest on his depreciation certificate," as prescribed by Act of the Assembly.
