Foochow Shanghai Agency 1893 (Mar.) envelope to Shanghai bearing Shanghai 1890 Double Dragon 5c. carmine-pink (small defect) tied by a very fine strike of bilingual “local postal agency/foochow” in blue and bearing, on the reverse, Shanghai Local Post (4.3) c.d.s. in blue with postman‘s delivery characters in blue crayon.
