FLOWN FLIGHT PLAN PAGE]. Apollo 11 Final Flight Plan. NASA/MSC, 1 July 1969. A single sheet approx. 8 x 10 in. with page 3-3 and 3-4 from the flight plan flown on the mission. This page is from the detailed time line section and covers the second and third hours of the mission. During this period the crew performed the critical translunar injection (TLI) burn at 2 hours and 44 minutes to send them to the Moon. The next step was to perform the Command and Service Modules separation from the third stage of the Saturn rocket and then dock with the Lunar Module still with the third stage. If either of these events did not go correctly, the first lunar landing may not have been accomplished. The numbers 46 and 304 were entered by hand during the flight for angles to move a communications antenna on page 3-4. INSCRIBED AND SIGNED BY BUZZ ALDRIN on both sides with: "This page was flown to the Moon aboard Apollo XI, Buzz Aldrin". [With:] Typed letter signed by Buzz Aldrin. (2)
