Hull 13-3/4 inches long, 11 inches wide. Provenance: Manufactured by a major aerospace model shop. The Flagstaff hydrofoil was developed by Grumman in the late 1960s, competing with Boeing's "Tucumcari" hydrofoil for sale to worldwide naval forces. The Israeli Coast Guard was highly impressed with demonstrations of the first Flagstaff, which led to the Flagstaff II, designed specifically for the Israelis.
