A shaped plank-seat settee having a scalloped crest rail supported by 4 bamboo-turned spindles and 3 vasiform splats, shaped scalloped arms; all resting on 8 bamboo-turned legs with stretchers. Retains an old black paint decorated with gold scroll work, foliate elements and striping; all over an older red; 17.5" seat height x 35.5" overall height x 76" wide x 22" deep. Condition: Expected wear.
