In the document Restrepo outlines the current state of affairs in the young republic, touching upon the recent border conflicts with Venezuela, progress towards the first census, repatriation of indigenous peoples, and educational and eagle reforms. The text of the report is followed by 14 pp. of tabular data listing governmental divisions, budgets, tax revenues, etc. Very scarce. Only 1 listing found at OCLC.
