With an Account of the Conversion of the King of the Cherokees and his Daughter , Halifax: J. Nicholson & Co., 1813. 8°, engraved frontispiece (text block occasionally browned, occasional spotting and browning). Contemporary diced calf, spine gilt with red morocco lettering-piece (joints split, extremities rubbed). First work: cf. Sabin 22714 (not listing this edition). First published London 1789. Second work: cf. Sabin 44678 (1810 Leeds edition). With George Copway's The Ojibway Conquest, a Tale of the Northwest. By Kah-Ge-Ga-Gah-Bowh ... Chief of the Ojibway Nation (New York, 1850, original cloth) and A Narrative of the Life of James Watkins, containing Twenty Years' History of his Slave Life, in Maryland (Birmingham, 1856, original wrappers).
