elBulli Cutlery Collection elBulli Cutlery Collection One of elBulli's greatest contributions to the world of gastronomy was their creation of culinary implements designed to complement the way we eat. In 1996, for example, the restaurant stopped using spoons made in China and conceptualized and developed their own designs that revolutionized the way food is served. This collection consists of all the implements developed exclusively for elBulli. Some pieces show wear and/or signs of use. Each set contains 27 items.
