'As a book of general reference, one of great utility [with] arms finely engraved' (Lowndes). Among those skilfully hand-coloured in gold and silver, Viscount Wentworth's arms are particularly noticeable (first plate of vol. 3). The plates are complete according to the numbering sequence, but their number appears to vary from copy to copy.
